At Hadeland Glassverk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted glassware. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log in to our online portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Securely

  Carefully wrap the glass products in their original packaging and protective materials to ensure they remain safe and unbroken during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no old labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver the package to your nearest authorized shipping point; once we inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
